Sales Coordinator – Darcy & Duke – Sydney

We are a fast growing home and lifestyle brand with a passion for luxury products. Our lines can be found in a wide range of retail channels including department stores, pharmacies, independent gift stores, as well as on-line.

We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated all rounder to join our small friendly team.

This is a sales focused role and will require a confident individual who has excellent communication skills, confidence and a passion for finding and winning the next sale.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer service
Processing sales orders and new sales leads
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Outbound sales calls and emails to customers
Communicating with buyers and buyers assistants
Administrative assistance to the director
Completing new line forms and submissions
Attend annual trade shows including two that are in Melbourne

To be successful in this role:

You are a people person with a can do attitude
You have excellent customer service skills
You have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
You are super efficient and you love keeping others organised
You are a team player that loves to multi task
You have intermediate to advanced computer skills
You have previous working experience in a sales support administration or similar type role.
MYOB preferred (Training can be provided)
