The Role:
Directly reporting to the Financial Controller – the Senior Management Accountant will support the operational finance team in providing accounting advice and services to this operational unit.

Duties:
Preparation of monthly Profit and Loss and Balance sheet for all entities.
Management reporting and analysis for the various entities and group consolidation.
Preparation of monthly budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Business partner with various stakeholders on performance.
Prepare monthly transactional accounting for operational divisions
Partner with Operations for continuous improvement
Assist the Financial Controller with the statutory audit process.
Managing, coaching and reviewing the work of your team of graduate, assistant and management accountants
Implement process and system improvements

Experience Required:
CPA/CA or equivalent qualification is essential
Previous Top Tier ERP system experience.
Experience in a similar role.
Strong Management accounting experience including understanding of accounting standards
Experience improving accounting policies, procedures and challenging the existing processes
High level of attention to detail.
