An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Clinic Manager to join the team at Cowes Medical Centre and Grandview Family Clinic on Phillip Island, working 5 days per week in our growing General Practice.

As the Clinic Manager you will be responsible for the overall day to day management, coordination and efficient running of the practice.  You will represent the clinic at meetings with key stakeholders.

Essential

General Practice Management experience of a minimum of 2 years
Proficient computer skills – knowledge of Best Practice or other practice software an advantage
Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of patient billing and receipting with the ability to communicate processes
Flexible to offer all hours of operation
Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team to reach practice goals
Demonstration of excellent communication, human resource and customer service skills is essential
Understanding of compliance, legislative and accreditation requirements relating to General Practice
Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience
Hours are flexible to work 38 hours per week
