Sales Support Real Estate – Raine & Horne Dee Why – Sydney

Duties

Providing administrative support & assistance to our sales team
Uploading listings through CRM
Preparing & processing agency agreements
Property submissions & reports
Co-ordinating marketing
Database management & CRM

To be successful for this position you must be computer literate with accurate keyboard skills, possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably have experience using My Desktop / Agent Box.
You will need a sense of urgency and initiative along with excellent communication skills.  A minimum of 12 – 18months agency experience with in the real estate industry.  You will be required to have your Certificate of Registration.
