Customer Service Officer – Health World Limited – Brisbane

This is an excellent opportunity to join Health World Limited, one of the leading suppliers of Natural Medicines in Australia.

Dedicated to our mission of helping people live happier, healthier lives we are experiencing significant growth within our market leading brands and require a Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic Customer Service team.

This role will be responsible for answering in-bound calls, order entry and problem solving for our customer base of natural health care professionals.

Health World Limited is located at Northgate.  Hours are primarily – Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5pm, in a fun and friendly environment.   Extensive training is provided.

The role requires – a warm and friendly phone manner, a high level of detailed keying accuracy and a strong work ethic.

Our customers expect you will provide outstanding support, coupled with great customer service skills.
