A role has become available for a marketing and communications professional to work with the Managing Director to take the company’s marketing to a new level. A presence in both retail and commercial markets across Australia along with a well-developed advocate network ensures diversity and abundant opportunity to make your mark.
Role responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans and budget in accordance with company strategy
Oversee final launch and ongoing development of the new website
Produce effective marketing materials including direct marketing materials, sales collateral and adverts across both radio, print and TV
Developing and implementing social media strategies and content
Liaising with the Sales Teams to develop targeted campaigns for new and existing customers
Work closely with suppliers including consultants, printers, graphic designers, media outlets etc
Directly manage support staff
Manage new product projects
Oversee development and adherence to effective marketing processes
Essential criteria:
Broad marketing experience from planning through to execution
Strong digital and social media skills
Ability to prioritise and complete urgent projects in a timely manner
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Collaborative approach
High regard for process and continuous improvement
Demonstrated affinity with home garden and agricultural markets
