Marketing/Communications Manager
4 days per week
Norwest Business Park
Parking available and next to Metro station
We’ll pay you to become an expert in Recruitment, Leadership and People in Western Sydney, Australia’s third largest economy and you’ll spend a lot your time doing what you love – writing great content.
We help people love Monday’s and we’re looking for someone who loves people as much as we do, has ideas and happy to bring them to the table.
We are Western Sydney’s leading recruitment agency with an award-winning reputation spanning 20 years. Our business and recruitment statistics perform far higher than industry benchmarks and we need someone who can spread the word to the rest of Western Sydney.
This role is a leadership position within our business and we’re looking for a marketing driver with sound experience and exciting creative solutions. You must be the fierce guardian of our brand. For added challenge our audience is B2C and B2B.
Our staff are a tight knit, warm and welcoming group of professionals. We recently spent a day in a workshop with our PR agency and they described us as the happiest company they’ve done a workshop with – not bad out of 180 Sydney based businesses!
This role will be diverse but the big picture is, it’s about driving our brand further and maximising our business reach; we want to build our profile.
To be successful in this position you will have at least 5 years’ experience in a marketing, branding or communications role with relevant tertiary qualifications.
Your written communication skills will be outstanding.
It’s important to us that you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills so you can measure and understand how each of your campaigns land.
You’ll have a deep understanding of all digital media platforms (probably goes without saying these days).
You’ll need advanced use of software including MS Office, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite.
For an added bonus, you’ll have filming and editing video skills, however, there are so many courses out there we’re sure we could skill you up if need be.
