This isn’t a typical Sales Role; it will involve you using your strong problem-solving and analytical skills working with a range of clients to build and maintain relationships and to provide the best solution working the entire process from quoting, delivery, install, and return of their products.

Day to Day:
Tracking construction jobs from warm databases, proactively sourcing new leads, projects, and business being responsible for the entire sales process and hire of their products
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, people within the industry and monitoring events and sites that would create leads and sales opportunities
Being involved learning and growing your understanding of the sales process including contracts, negotiating, tendering, site requirements and code compliance
Working out and problem solving what the client needs, creating compounds, and coming up with the layouts, pricing and working with the other departments within the business

What we are looking for:
An analytical thinker, someone who enjoys problem solving, solution selling and is commercially minded
Someone who is hungry to win work and can build strong customer relationships
Strong time management and organisational skills working across multiple projects
Someone who is keen and willing to learn and grow within the industry and have a career within the construction industry
