Sales Representative – Gelista – Adelaide

An opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual, including graduate or student near degree completion to secure a professional sales position with long term advancement potential in an important and resilient industry.

This role is a newly created role designed to take direct sales responsibilities away from the CEO and other part roles to make profitable sales growth a fundamental priority within the business.

The sales representative will work directly with the Managing Director and an external strategic marketing consultant who will provide guidance and advice. The sales representative will be directly responsible for achieving sales targets within the food service/café/restaurant sector in South Australia with generous rewards for achievement of stretch growth targets.

The size and responsibility of the role is likely to grow over time. The objective is for the external strategic marketing consultant to provide guidance and mentoring over the years allowing the sales representative role to develop into a more senior role as the team grows.

To be considered for this role you must:

1.    Have a Strong sales focus, and demonstrable commitment towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, winning new customers.

2.    Have a Proven customer service orientation and desire to delight our customers at each opportunity.  Understand client’s needs and maintain good B2B relationships.

3.    Be able to use customer databases, promotional campaigns and other selling tools effectively to achieve selling and growth targets.
