Our client is an award-winning provider of cloud solutions. Currently in start-up mode and heavily backed, the company is expanding throughout the APAC region. Playing a key role in the growth of the region, they are looking for a motivated individual to manage their growing client portfolio.
The role:
Responsibility to manage multiple stakeholders within existing client base
Develop a strong understanding of the strategic and tactical marketing strategies of each client
Negotiating, closing, up-selling and cross-selling with decision makers
Ensure retention and customer satisfaction targets are being achieved
Become the primary point of contact for client issues and ensure smooth resolution
The candidate:
2-4 years B2B sales experience
Proven success and/or interest to perform an account management role
Knowledge of the e-Commerce retail industry is a plus
Willingness to learn new technologies
Team player
Most importantly, the successful candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment
