Accounting, Commerce and Finance Graduate – Robert Walters – Adelaide

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting Account Managers with service delivery.
Managing a portfolio of candidates by remaining in close contact with active candidates.
Creating company maps/profiles for headhunting purposes; and conducting specific headhunting projects as and when required to support the wider team.
Keeping a constant flow of candidates coming into the business across all relevant levels.
Cultivating strong knowledge of client industry.
Research and analysis of existing and new sectors to identify growth opportunity.
Maintaining best practice to ensure optimum candidate and client experience.

Key Requirements:
Completion of a Commerce/Accounting or Finance degree from a recognised tertiary institution is mandated.
Experience working in a corporate environment is desirable.
Comfortable working in a target driven and sales environment
Excellent communication skills and presentation with the ability to influence decision making at all levels
Proactive and positive approach with a strong work ethic.
Enthusiastic team player and willing to support team goals as a priority above all others.
