Administration Assistant / Personal Assistant – GCProjects – Gold Coast

A position has become available with one of the newest Construction and management companies GCProjects. This position will report direct to the  managing director.

Were looking for an enthusiastic person looking for a challenge and the chance to better themselves by learning and achieving goals. Must be willing to work hard and learn. In this position you will deal with tradesmen and customers on a daily basis.

Previous experience with Xero online Accounting software is a must.

Looking after the office
Answering telephone
Making appointments
Organising Company functions, you may need to attend as well.
Taking notes in meetings
Liaising with construction approvals
Customer service calls
Invoicing
Debt collection
Understand contracts
Xero (MUST)
Marketing (Social Media)
Must be great with Excel spreads sheet, Word, documentation
Must be excellent at spelling and grammar
Business development
Deal with trades on a daily basis

GCProjects is a new company specialising in construction management,  the ideal candidate will be able to adapt to a positive working environment.
