·         Bilingual – Must be proficient in speaking English and Mandarin with a high level of accuracy, both language should be fluent as native speaker. Should have advanced interpreter level between Chinese and English.

·         An ability to work independently and a strong eye for detail.

·         Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.

·         A minimum of five years experience in the financial industry including experiences in banking, funding, financing & stocks – it is essential that you are degree qualified and have completed your Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Finance.

·         A flexible, can do attitude with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.

·         A sound understanding of financial planning principals and compliance.

·         A high level of intuition, common sense and curiosity in striving for excellent client outcomes.

·         Implementation of strategies & internal project co-ordination

·         An advanced understanding of word and excel.

·         Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop relationships.

·         A professional phone manner and attending on site, off site meetings.

·         An understanding of the various implementation functions and processes related to financing, investments and risk.

·         Ensure legislative standards are met for professional industry bodies

·         Having a current diver license and own vehicle will be preferable
