As a relatively new branch to the Shanghai based company Greenland Australia are searching for key people to help drive its Melbourne based project.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Project Director, you will oversee the full life cycle of the Project from Site Acquisition, Feasibility, Planning, Design and Build.
Ability to manage consulting team to move in unison within a clear define time frame
Coordinate all development application as well as track and meet project deliverables as schedule
Manage consultants and control all project meetings, including all internal stakeholders and external PCG meetings as well as meeting/negotiate with authority when required
Review and challenge all consultants’ reports as appropriate
To be successful in this role:
At least 5-year experience in an Assistant Development Manager or Client Side Project Manager, T1/T2 Head Contract Site experience will be highly valued
Has worked on Residential Project with a minimum construction cost of $50 Million
Excellent report writing skills and strong communication and ability to work within a small size team
IT literacy and competency in programmes such as MS Project, MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite etc.
Highly enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who requires minimum supervision with a willingness to learn, keen interest in the building construction industry and a dedicated team-player.
