Administrator/Research Coordinator

Providing general administration support to the team including assisting them with projects involving basic research and correspondence, analysis of information and project documentation.  The team carries out a range of activities associated with APRA’s enforcement role and so will involve working on matters that may be sensitive or confidential, and matters of a legal nature.   The successful candidate will have:

Knowledge of current electronic information and document management systems and processes
Excellent analytical, organisational and time management skills
Well-developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong Admin Coordination experience – willingness to assist on a range of tasks including travel and finance requirements of the team and supporting senior management
Demonstrated ability to assist in undertaking research, prepare correspondence and contribute to report writing
Strong attention to detail
Excellent computing skills

It is essential that you have demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal clients in order to obtain information and provide assistance.
