The Betty’s Burgers & Concrete Co. Noosa store is continuing to grow and more and more people are wanting to be a part of the Bettys experience! We are now seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor with a knowledge of fast paced hospitality and who prides themselves on an exceptional level of customer service.
Reporting to the venue General Manager, the Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily service operations of the restaurant. Leading by example, you will also have the opportunity to demonstrate your fantastic team building management style, while mentoring and supervising the team with a hands on and proactive approach.
Key aspects of this role will include but will not be limited to:
Maintaining restaurant presentation and cleanliness
Ensuring staff represent the business in a positive manner
Maintaining guest satisfaction
Accomplish company goals by accepting ownership of allocated responsibilities
Staff rostering and timesheets
Training and mentoring of staff
Ensuring that all opening and closing procedures are carried out to appropriate standards
Maintaining efficient operating procedures for the venue’s point of sale system, ensuring accuracy and balancing of finances.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:
Previous supervisory experience in a high volume hospitality environment (minimum 2 years)
Ability to lead and motivate your team
Professional and immaculately presented
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work weekends and evenings
Must have current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (QLD)
Punctual, efficient, and courteous at all times
RMLV is desirable but not essential
Immediate start is available
