The next phase of this growth has opened up the opportunity for a sales professional with either commercial leasing, real estate, property development, or interior design background. Using your detailed knowledge of how these facilities work to provide valuable input through the design stage to assist client achieving a highly successful and on budget workspace.
Using your networks within the commercial real-estate and leasing sectors as well as building managers and owners you will develop a pipeline of opportunities that the design and construction team will assist you to secure.
In addition to developing a strong presence in this sector you will also be responsible for:
• Preparing Project Proposals and Costing’s
• Developing “Scope of Works”
• Tender responses and project negotiation
• Attending client meeting, site inspections and walk throughs to effectively respond to client needs
• Oversea project and client relations during design and construct as part of the project team
• Account manage existing business to ensure continued client satisfaction and ongoing repeat business
To be successful in this role you will be:
• Well connected in the Brisbane Real estate or property areas with good knowledge of social media to support you role
• Be currently in such a role or ready to step up using your current relevant experience
• Well presented with strong written and verbal communications skills and a
• Ideally have gained a tertiary education in a related field
