Administration Assistant – Clean Health Pty Limited – Sydney

Sydney’s premier personal training facility – Clean Health Performance Centre – are looking for a full time Receptionist & Administration Assistant to partake in front desk administration duties. The position is primarily closing shifts and occasional Saturday work. Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Collection of payments
Diary management
Management of accounts payable
Provide a complete reception service as well as assist the administration team where required.
Do all other things necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the CHPC and assist in with the growth and development of Clean Health.

You must have a friendly disposition, be well presented and of course be client service orientated. In addition to these points you should have good Microsoft Office 2010 or 2013 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).  You need the ability to work independently, think laterally, have strong communication and time management skills as well as enjoy being part of a busy and dynamic team. Ideally you will have prior knowledge and experience with using an online booking system for clients. The completion of Certificate III in Business Administration or at least 2 years experience in a similar role would be a bonus. Interest in health and fitness an advantage but not essential.

This role includes you working a combination of weekday shifts and Saturday’s when required.
