Contracts Auditor – HubExec – Melbourne

Our client needs a strong contracts auditor to assist with the quality assurance of a number of contracts. This is a 3 month contract to start immediately

Key responsibilities:

• Produce General and Specific Work Schedules for Total asset management
Contracts, ensuring that appropriate financial and operational processes and procedures are practiced by members of the Total asset management
Contracts Team.
• Organize the shared drive, hence the Contract files are all in a standardized and shared common place. This includes the Original contract, amendments, confirmed variations, CPI escalations etc.
• Generate Contract Schedules and Contract summaries.
• Producing financial and operational reports to assist in monitoring contract and projects performance
• Write procedures and/or communications to ensure Customer’s validation of the billing templates calculations at  any time a Contract changes the annual value.
Any other ad-hoc requirement.

Key Skills:

5 years + administrative auditing in a quality role
Administrative experience is ESSENTIAL
Exceptional skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to build relationships with Stakeholders
Excellent time management
Excellent attention to detail
