Office Administration – Brookmost Pty Ltd – Melbourne

We are a family owned growing mercantile business in the south east suburbs seeking a suitable experienced person to join our Administrative team. This position requires an enthusiastic, proactive team player and offers loads of variety in the work performed.

The role covers the full range of Office Administration and Client Liaison work with duties and responsibilities including but not limited to:

·         Liaison with clients and agents;

·         General Office tasks;

·         Collection and collation of data for report preparation;

·         Preparing, proof reading and checking Affidavits;

·         Prepare invoices; and

·         General Reception support.

To be successful in winning this role you will be an energetic individual who ideally possesses excellent organisational and coordination skills, professional communication capabilities and has a “can do” approach. Previous experience in Process and Collection Services would be an advantage. You will have a sound knowledge of MS Office and Outlook and enjoy working in a customer driven environment. These skills coupled with the ability to work on multiple tasks and set priorities could secure you this position.
