Tony & Mark’s is looking for an energetic and motivated Full Time Retail Store Manager with relevant experience and qualifications. The successful candidate must be friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about people and food. Tony & Mark’s operates 7 days a week.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Lead and oversee the daily store operations of the Glenunga store.
Provide the highest standard of service to customers at all times, both internal and external.
Manage and implement appropriate strategies to maximise sales and grow market share.
Recruit and maintain levels of staff needed to meet service and task standards.
Lead, coach and develop teams
Nurture a culture of support and customer focus
Ensure a detailed understanding of stock availability.
Develop store trading plans and increase marketing (including local-area marketing) to maximise customer traffic.
Comply with all Health & Safety Guidelines and Procedures in accordance with current legislation.

Must be neat, well presented and consistently punctual

Formal qualifications are essential, otherwise demonstrated experience in a like position may substitute the formal qualifications.
