Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator – Raine & Horne Pty Ltd – Sydney

Raine & Horne is one of Australia’s most recognised and respected brands. With over 130 years’ experience in real estate and operating across a number of business units including; Residential, Commercial, Rural, Recruitment, Financial Services and International; we are looking for a brand guardian to help maintain and grow our market share.

We are seeking an experienced corporate Graphic Designer with a passion for marketing.

This is an exciting and varied role, ideal for a client-side Graphic Designer that would like to learn more about and be involved with the marketing side of the business.

You will be a positive individual with exceptional customer-service skills. Working directly with our franchisees, and your colleagues, you will work to develop their ideas and visions, turn them into concepts, create the brief and produce the final product.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Raine & Horne’s brand guardian, ensuring compliance across all marketing assets internally & externally
Responsible for the design/creation of all internal & external communication and marketing collateral across Residential, Commercial and Rural brands, and other business units
Assist with integrated marketing campaign planning  including planning, briefing agencies and post campaign reporting
Assist with internal incentive programme including reporting and network communications, data management etc
Manage relationships with suppliers, and ensure that suppliers are meeting Raine & Horne expectations

Required Skills/Attributes

Advanced skills across:  InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Publisher, PowerPoint and Word
A wide range of creative skills across print and digital collateral
A desire to learn, or experience in, the field of marketing communications. Experience across digital marketing and/or social media management will be an advantage
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple projects, short deadlines and manage time effectively
Experience in a corporate environment is an advantage
Exceptional customer-service skills and a willingness to do what it takes
A solution-oriented person who is willing to take ownership of projects

This is a full-time role, based in The Rocks, Sydney.

Only candidates that meet the above requirements will be considered. Remuneration will be based on experience.
