Student Services Officer – Lotus People – Sydney

THE ROLE
Working closely with the student services team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to both the college and students.

DUTIES
Responding to student/registrant enquiries via email and phone promptly, professionally and accurately
Processing enrolments or work experience applications
Providing ongoing guidance and support to students to assist with their study
Maintaining an accurate database of student information
Other ad hoc administration duties

THE CANDIDATE

This role will suit someone who has excellent customer service skills and a desire to help students, while also possessing strong administration and time management skills. In addition to this, they will be dedicated and positive, tech savvy and able to pick up systems with ease, with a high level of attention to detail.
