The Company

Our client a local Fit Out Contractor with a modern well-located office in the Perth CBD, that is a specialist in the commercial fit out sector requires a commercially minded Site Manger with ideally a trade qualification for a 3 – 6 months project based in Exchange Plaza building.  Our client is renowned for quality builds that are constructed in tight dead lines and run in accordion with a strict OHS code of conduct.
          
The Role

This site manager will manage this one project and will need to have experience in effectively dealing with issues that arise from working in a live environment as this building it still tenanted, also ensure our clients OHS code of conduct is upheld at all times. The successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience as site manager within commercial construction sector (including fitout & base build construction).

In return the successful candidate will be given an opportunity to grow and develop their career with a well-respected fit out contractor and receive an attractive hourly rate of $50 Per Hour + Super and work an average of between 45 – 65 Hours a week.

Duties

Supervision of staff & sub contractors
Manage site inductions
Liaise directly with the end client
Interrupt site drawings
When required to work on the tools to help get the job across the line before job handover
