Davey Water Products is a well established manufacturer and supplier of water systems to Australian and overseas markets. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading manufacturer who has been leaders in their field for over 80 years and has an immediate need for Service Technician to join their Service Support Team based in Bibra Lakes.

The successful candidate will be involved in the following areas:

Inspection and Repair of product

Processing of product returns

Processing of warranty requests

Answering customer enquires via phone, email and at front counter

Support the Service department’s daily work load

Reporting on returned product

Ensure compliance with the Davey safety requirements

The successful candidate will be able to work within a small and dedicated team and have the following:

A Self-starter

Computer literate

Have a positive attitude

Have mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Have problem solving skills and good people & customer skills

A mature attitude working within a small tight team

Able to be proactive and autonomously maintain a safe and functional work area

Applicants must have an electrical Disconnect / Reconnect licence.

Experience in the pool and spa products or the pumping industry would be an advantage but general mechanical experience will also be recognised.
