Admin Assistant / Receptionist – Victorian Cosmetic & Dermal Clinic – Melbourne

The Victorian Cosmetic & Dermal Clinic is looking for a part-time Admin Assistant / Receptionist to join our passionate and dedicated team of beauty and dermal therapists in our Endeavour Hills clinic.

In this varied role you will be responsible for greeting clients, answering inbound calls, confirming appointments and other administrative duties such as follow up calls, and creation of spreadsheets for tracking and client satisfaction purposes.

To be successful in this role, a background or interest in the beauty industry will be highly regarded. As the first point of contact for the clinic, you be presentable and have exceptional phone manner and the ability to convert initial enquiries into bookings.

You will be proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite in particular Microsoft Outlook and have strong time management skills and demonstrate a high level of customer service, and communication towards our clients.
