Administration Officer – Alexander Appointments – Sydney

About the Role
They are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join their growing team in Sydney. This is an estimated 3month temp assignment with a potential to extend
Reporting to the Manager, you will be required to provide a wide range of administrative support services to the Pharmacy Council to assist in achieving organisational objectives.

In this rewarding role, you will undertake the following duties;
Deliver high quality, professional and empathetic customer service
Answer enquiries, in a timely and accurate manner
Facilitate the resolution of complaints
Manage, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Gather and collate information to support informed decision-making outcomes
Preparation of documentation including correspondence, reports and presentation material
Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

About You
To secure this amazing opportunity, you must have the following;
Demonstrated Administration or Business Support experience
Health or Public Sector experience highly advantageous
Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive and takes initiative
High attention to detail
Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
