About the role
Reporting to the Board of Directors this is a role is responsible for:-
Developing Customer Service and Sales plans
Build and maintain close customer relationships
Assess sales and business growth and identify gaps
Maximisation of profit
Forecasting, budgeting, margin management and reporting
Preparing and overseeing budgets, cash flow, account payments and financial planning for the business
Reporting on future demand expectations and new business to the board of directors
Communicating with Stakeholders in Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa
Drive performance and results

About you
You are a self-starter with outstanding communication skills high attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Relevant Sales and Marketing or Business Qualification or eq
Experience within FMCG and Supply Chain and Logistics environment
High attention to detail
Be highly motivated and have the ability to work on multiple demands
Proven business acumen

Comfortable with P&L
Previous experience in managing supplier contracts and service expectations (Australian and overseas)
Experience in local distribution
Experience with SAP advantageous
Knowledge of CoR laws Australia wide
Ability to travel interstate and overseas
