Our Institutional division provides our customers with cleaner, safer and healthier environments. Our products and services touch people’s lives on a daily basis, ensuring they are exposed to sanitary environments that protect their health and wellbeing. This role will focus on customers in the Hospitality, Leisure, Healthcare, Aged Care and Education sectors, to name a few. The Corporate Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining executive relationships within large and dynamic corporate accounts. Other key responsibilities will include:
Developing and leading value-added sales strategies
Optimising account profitability through product and service initiatives, strategic pricing and P&L analysis
Maintaining a healthy pipeline of business leads and driving relationships to fruition
Training and mentoring our field sales teams on account specific goals
Successfully negotiating the renewal of major contracts
Maintaining healthy relationships with key decision makers and influencers
We are looking for a passionate and highly influential corporate account professional who can demonstrate:
A proven track record in handling large corporate accounts
Experience in selling to the Hospitality, Healthcare, Leisure, Education and/or Aged Care industries would be highly regarded
The ability to develop lasting relationships at an executive level
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Accomplished communication ability, verbal and written
A disciplined approach and a willingness to be accountable for your actions
